The 21-Day Fix Review
The program, 21-Day Fix, is a results-oriented weight loss program. It includes a combination of fitness DVDs and pre-measured containers for easy portion control.

Each workout is tailored to hit target areas and is a boot camp format. Workouts include Plyometrics, Pilates, individual upper and lower body workouts, yoga and cardio. The last DVD is an extreme whole body workout.
The weights used will keep your muscles fully engaged 90 percent of the time for incredible results. The combo of weights and cardio are your best bet for a strong workout with results.
Pre-Measured Meal Plan
Containers for this program are color-coded based on food type to hit all the main food group areas. There is a food guide included in this program to give you guidelines what to eat. For example, add your veggies in the green container and fill to the top premeasured amount. You can choose the vegetable you would like. There are no treats allowed in this 21-day program. All food is clean and does not include high-fat or high-sodium options.
These premeasured cups make it easier to make sure you have the correct portion. There is also a “Shakeology” cup that applies the same concept to beverages.

Can A Beginner Do This Program?
The 21-Day Fix Extreme is not a program for beginners, unlike the original 21-Day Fix. The Extreme program is for someone who is already exercising. If you perform regular workouts, are a runner or have done other Beachbody programs, you should be ready to tackle the Extreme program.
You can choose to upgrade to an “Ultimate” package to receive a resistance band, additional portion control containers, and two additional more intense workouts.
This upgrade is beneficial since you will have the same equipment that is being used by the instructors of the program.
Everyone knows that eating healthy is essential to weight loss and just health in general. Unless you eat clean already, which most people do not, it will be a big change in your diet. The meal guide will give you plenty of choices to help with your selection. The meal plan is very organized and easy to understand. Items included are full of nutritional value with minimal calories, so portions feel large. You may feel like you are actually eating more food!
You will get to keep your containers to use them after your 21-day program is over and to help you in the long run.
